These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Momento mobile application ("Momento", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Momento, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Momento helps you save and remember birthdays, events, photos, reminders, countdowns, widgets, and related information.
Momento is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we separately agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for the information you add to the App and for keeping your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and device backups secure.
Momento stores your app content locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled for your device and Apple account, Apple may sync or back up app data according to your iCloud and device settings.
We do not guarantee that local device storage, iCloud, backups, notifications, widgets, or Live Activities will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining any separate backups you consider necessary.
Some features require access to Apple system services, such as Contacts, Photos, Notifications, Widgets, Live Activities, iCloud, and App Store in-app purchases. These features may not work if you deny permissions, disable system services, or use device settings that limit the App.
Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to Apple's services.
Momento may offer a paid "Full Version", premium access, promotions, discounts, or other paid features through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.
Prices, availability, promotions, discounts, included features, and purchase options may change at any time, subject to App Store rules and applicable law. We may offer temporary promotions or different prices in different regions or at different times.
The Full Version includes access to the paid functionality that is available in the App at the time of purchase, unless the purchase screen or App Store listing states otherwise. Future features, content, integrations, services, or major upgrades may be included in the Full Version, or may require a separate purchase, subscription, or additional payment, at our discretion. This may depend on development scope, operating costs, third-party service costs, infrastructure costs, or other business and technical considerations.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, taxes, refunds, purchase history, Family Sharing availability, and payment methods are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store terms. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You can request refunds or manage purchases through Apple.
If Momento uses RevenueCat or a similar service, that service may be used only to validate purchase status, restore purchases, and manage entitlements.
If Momento offers auto-renewing subscriptions in the future, the subscription screen and App Store listing will describe the subscription title, duration, price, renewal terms, and included features.
